We, FDL Pest Control Limited, thank you for your purchase from our online store www.fdlpestcontrol.com.

RETURN POLICY

Please be advised that our return policy is as follows:

Returns will only be accepted in the following instances or for the following reasons:

1. The product is defective
2. The product was not received in good condition
3. The product is not of satisfactory quality due to manufacturer’s defect
4. The product is not fit for its intended purpose
5. The product was sold after its expiration date
6. The wrong product was delivered

Please note that any return must be made within 14 days of purchase/receipt of the product and the product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess the product based on the reason provided for its return. Once we are satisfied that the return is justified, we will issue a refund of the product price to the original payment method used during the purchase.

The purchaser also has the option of accepting a store credit. However, the store credit would only be valid for fifteen (15) business days.

Credit Card and Paypal refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or other financial institution in the event of a delay beyond the above outlined period.  

Processing, shipping and any applicable taxes are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGE

We, FDL Pest Control Limited, allow a purchased product to be exchanged for another product of the same value provided that the purchased product has not been tampered with, damaged, opened and/or used.

Please note that any exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase/receipt of the product and the product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
